Keith Karpinski

Physical Therapist, PT
Athletic Trainer, ATC

Keith is a graduate of The University of Vermont and has been a licensed physical therapist since 1998. He has been a certified Athletic Trainer since 2001 with the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. Keith has been a part of the Long Trail Physical Therapy family since 2003. Keith specializes in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and sports medicine. He has extensive experience working with local orthopedic surgeons and providing pre-and postoperative care. Keith has attended numerous continuing education seminars, including the completion of all course work in the McKenzie Mechanical and Diagnosis Treatment methodology of treating neck and back pain, Kinesiotaping, Graston Technique, and Dry Needling.


Keith is married with two daughters.  His personal interests include exercising, coaching, golfing, boating, hiking, and snowboarding.  

Megan Allen

Athletic Trainer, ATC

Meg is a graduate of Castleton State College and has been a licensed Athletic Trainer since 2015 with the National Athletic Trainers Association. Meg has been a part of the Long Trail Physical Therapy family since 2009 having joined us as an Athletic Training Student and as an Aide for the Milton office. Meg specializes in sports medicine, outpatient physical therapy, personal training and is the Athletic Trainer for Milton High School. Meg has completed training in pre and post-natal care as well as the Graston Technique. She has served in the Vermont Air National Guard for almost 10 years and is an active member of Grand Isle Rescue and Middlebury Regional Ambulance as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician. She recently completed classes for her Paramedic License at Vermont Technical College.

Meg is married and has two dogs and four cats. Her personal interests include running, lifting, golfing, hiking and spending time with her pets.​ 

Samantha Ruberti

Administrative Assistant

Samantha is a graduate of Johnson State College with her Bachelor's in Health Science. Samantha has been part of the Long Trail Physical Therapy family since 2008. She has worked as an administrative assistant at several of our locations. Samantha assists in scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, and billing. 


Samantha was born and raised in Vermont. She is married and welcomed a baby in 2018.  Her interests include the great outdoors, spending time with her dog, fitness, motorcycles and craft beer.
