Michelle Rosen

Physical Therapist, MSPT

Michelle is a graduate of The University of Miami with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy and has been a licensed physical therapist since 1995.  She received her Bachelor's degree in Science from Penn State University in 1992.  Michelle has been a part of the Long Trail Physical Therapy family since 2006. She specializes in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation but has worked in all areas of physical therapy which gives her a wide range of skills. Michelle lives in Richmond and loves the community where she lives and works.

Michelle is married and has 3 daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family while camping, skiing, paddle boarding, biking, and all things outdoors. 

Meg Allen

Athletic Trainer, ATC

Meg is a graduate of Castleton University and has been a licensed Athletic Trainer since 2015 with the National Athletic Trainers Association. Meg has been a part of the Long Trail Physical Therapy family for 10 years having joined us in 2009 as a young Athletic Training Student and as an Aide for the Milton office. Meg specializes in sports medicine, outpatient physical therapy, personal training and is the Athletic Trainer for Burlington High School. Meg has completed training in pre and post-natal care as well as the Graston Technique. She has served in the Vermont Air National Guard for almost 10 years and is an active member of Grand Isle Rescue and Middlebury Regional Ambulance as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician. She recently completed classes for her Paramedic License at Vermont Technical College.

Meg is married and has two dogs and four cats. Her personal interests include running, lifting, golfing, hiking and spending time with her pets.

Jessica Fay

Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA

Jess is a graduate of Maria College with an Associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2001. Prior to Maria College, she received a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Castleton University.

Prior to joining the Long Trail PT team, Jess had extensive experience in the Acute hospital and Sub-acute rehabilitation settings. This experience gives her a wide range of skills.

Jess specializes in outpatient orthopedic patients of varied age and skill levels. She is interested in post-operative orthopedics and sports medicine. Jess likes to use Swedish massage, Graston, and Kinesiotaping in her treatment approach.

Jess has enjoyed being a running buddy for a Vermont City Marathon kids team. Her personal interests are road tripping, hiking National Parks (9 completed to date), running, and playing volleyball.
